Last week, the Redskins overcame an 11-point second-quarter deficit to defeat the Cleveland Browns, 20-17. Jay Gruden, Redskins HC, indicated starters could go a series or two into the second quarter, but has not made a final decision. However, other sources say a quarter at the most because this game is about Gruden finding out who is worthy of the final roster spots.

Skins will be without TE Jordan Reed and fourth-round draft choice WR Jamison Crowder. Both teams are off a win in the opener; the Lions by 20.

Browns second-stringer Johnny Manziel should not lack motivation as he will have to impress to leapfrog Josh McCown for starting spot. McCown will start and get 15 to 25 plays depending on how the game goes. Manziel will follow and play into the third quarter. Thad Lewis then will finish.

As the podcast specifies, the public is betting on both underdogs and both overs by pretty similar margins in NFL preseason picks.
